ZBQ-11 Mining explosion-proof DC traction motor for 8 ton battery locomotive

The motor is applied as the traction motor of explosion-proof battery locomotives of first-stage driving (once of speed variation) of Model CYT8-6.7.9/110 and CTY8-6.7.9/132, and suitable for the place with gas. The motor outline shell applied of welded cast steel and steel plates is of high intensity. There is an inspection window on the motor base. Two brush boxes are applied and it is convenient for operation and maintenance. Good insulation treatment is made on armature and stator coils for safe and reliable operation. The motor has a high margin degree.

Scope of application

The motor is placed inside the electric battery locomotive, and it should be able to operate normally in the following environment:

       a The altitude does not exceed 2000m;

       b) In the shade, the highest temperature of the air does not exceed 40 ℃, and the lowest temperature of the air is not lower than -25 ℃;

       c) The average maximum relative humidity of the wettest month is not higher than 90% (the average monthly minimum temperature of the same month is not higher than 25 ℃);

     d) The air contains coal dust and explosive gas mixtures of gas and air.
