The Mgc1.7-6 fixed mine car box is fixedly connected with the frame, and the mine cart must be turned over and unloaded with a dumper. Its basic composition is the carriage, the frame, the buffer, the coupling and the walking mechanism.
The frame is a metal structure that can withstand the traction, braking force, collision force between the mine cars and the impact force of the steel rail. Buffers are installed at both ends of the frame to ease the impact between the two cars.
The coupler is a part connecting the locomotive and the mine car. Commonly used are the bolt chain link and the rotary chain. The large mine car adopts the automatic coupler with the buffer function.
