How to maintain and repair the battery locomotive power supply unit?
(1) The switch battery cover is operated by a special person with a special tool.
(2) Check the connection between the batteries and do it in the garage.
(3) All the ventilation holes of the battery box should not be blocked by foreign matter to ensure sufficient ventilation area.
(4) The words “Power off first, then open cover” on the explosion-proof mark “Ex” and warning sign on the power supply unit shall not be damaged or removed.
(5) The connecting wires between the batteries must be insulated multi-strand copper core cords. The connecting wires should not be subjected to tensile force. The wires should not be corroded by acid.
(6) When welding the battery connecting wires, ensure the welding quality.
(7) The battery pack earth leakage current must be checked regularly. If the corresponding current value (100m A, 60m A, 45m A) is exceeded, the cause should be found and the fault can be used.
(8) When the insulation cover of the battery pole is damaged, it must be replaced in time.
(9) During the initial use of the battery and during use, the discharge test shall be performed with a one hour current. Check the temperature of the battery post weld, and an abnormality should be used before it can be used.
