2. The new battery from the factory is not filled with electrolyte. Before the initial charging, the electrolyte is prepared according to the preparation method of the electrolyte.
3. Adjust the density of the dilute sulfuric acid solution. The initial charge of the electrolyte is generally based on the upper limit of the electrolyte density, that is, the density is 1.26 kg/L.
4. The height of the electrolyte is preferably 15mm higher than the battery plate in a single battery. The liquid level is too high. During the initial charging process, it will expand and overflow outside the battery box due to heat generation, corroding the battery box and the ground; If the liquid level is too low, the plate will be exposed due to heat evaporation, which will reduce the battery capacity.
5. During the initial charging period, the electrolyte should be replenished every 24 hours due to the long-term heat evaporation of the single-cell battery.
6. After the initial charging is completed, the density of the electrolyte in the single battery is adjusted after 24 hours of power failure. If the density of the electrolyte is higher than 1.26 kg/L, the distilled water is added to the temperature below 1.26 kg/L; if the density of the electrolyte is lower than 1.23kg / L, the supplementary density is 1.30kg / L electrolyte to adjust, so that the density of the electrolyte is maintained within the range of 1.23 ~ 1.26kg / L. 1. The battery should be kept clean. Always check whether the battery pack and other components are in good condition, especially if the maintenance sheath of the special work bolt is peeled off, whether the connection between the single cells is firm and reliable, and should eliminate any spark formation. 2. The water evaporates during the use of the battery, causing the electrolyte to decrease. Distilled water meeting the standard should be added to bring the liquid level to the specified height. The battery is normal and the specific gravity is insufficient. It can be adjusted with 1.400 dilute sulfuric acid in the later stage of charging to keep it at 1.28+0.005 (30°C).
3. After the battery is discharged, it should be replenished in time, and the shelf life should not exceed 6 hours. It is strictly forbidden to leave for a long time after discharge, so as to avoid the failure of plate sulfation.
4. Charged and unused batteries should be charged and discharged at least once a month. The charging current can be carried out according to the normal charging current, the charging capacity should be 1.5 times, and the discharge can be discharged at the discharge rate of 5 hours until the cell voltage drops to 1.70 volts. Then you should replenish the electricity in time until it is sufficient.
5. Eliminate the hidden danger of sparking. Should pay attention to two aspects: the inside of the battery should pay attention to maintain the height of the electrolyte surface to meet the technical requirements; the battery pack should check whether the sealing performance of the connector is intact before the operation of the well, whether the outside is loose, crack, fall off, short circuit and so on. If there is any fault, take measures to eliminate it in time, otherwise it shall not be put into operation.
6. When the battery is charging, the exhaust plug must be unscrewed. After charging is completed, let stand for one hour, screw the exhaust plug and tighten. Then wipe off the residual acid and coal dust on the surface of the battery. Never wash into the battery when flushing the battery surface.
7. In order to maintain the breathability of the exhaust plug, it should be kept clean during use. If it is stained, it must be removed and cleaned in clean water. After drying, continue to use.
