I. Charging Precautions
Timely Charging: After the vehicle stops running, the battery should be charged immediately. Timely charging can maintain the best performance of the battery and prevent over-discharge.
Charger Selection: Use a charger that meets the charging conditions of lithium iron phosphate batteries. The charging current should be less than 0.5C (for example, when the battery capacity exceeds 300Ah, the maximum charging current is 150A), and the pulse charging current should not exceed 1C (10 seconds).
Temperature Control: During charging, the battery temperature rise should be within 15°C. Exceeding this temperature will affect the battery life. The charging temperature should be above 0°C, and the best charging temperature range is 15-35°C. Below 0°C, charging cannot be performed, and the buzzer will alarm.
Charging Operation Steps:
Insert the charging gun into the charging port of the battery box.
Start the air circuit breaker.
Charge until the SOC displayed on the charger screen is 99.99%.
After charging is complete, turn off the main power of the charger first, then unplug the charging gun.
Do not unplug the charging gun while the charger is on, as this may damage the discharge plug.

Discharge Monitoring: Vehicle operation is the battery discharge process. When the remaining capacity (SOC) is less than 20% or the single cell voltage is less than 2.9V, the buzzer will alarm, reminding the user to charge in time.
Prevent Over-discharge: When the SOC is less than 10%, continuous discharge should be prohibited. Over-discharge will greatly harm the battery life. Therefore, users should monitor the battery power at all times to avoid over-discharge.
