1. Check whether the levers and pins of the brake system are in good condition and whether the movement is flexible, and perform oil injection.
2. Check the brake shoe wear and replace the brake shoe with excessive wear resistance; check the gap between the brake shoe and the wheel tread, and adjust it in time if it exceeds the regulation; remove the mud on the brake shoe screw and brake shoe.
3. Check the wheels for cracks, whether the tires are loose, and the degree of wear on the wheel treads.
4. Check the transmission gear and gear cover for looseness and wear.
5. Check the frame spring for cracks and failures, remove the dirt on the spring, and fill the oil between the hinge point and the balance beam.
6. Check whether the bolt body and cotter pins of the vehicle body and each part are complete, whether the bolts are tight, and whether the pin shaft and cotter pins are well connected. In particular, the device for hanging the traction motor should be carefully checked.
7. Check the connection device for damage and wear and tear.
8. Check whether the components of the sand removal system are complete and well connected, whether the sand pipe is blocked, whether it is aligned with the center of the track, and whether the distance from the wheels and the track meets the requirements.
