How to perform daily maintenance on the 10-ton mining trolley locomotive?
No matter what the item is, there will always be some small problems after using it for a long time, and the 10-ton mining trolley locomotive is no exception. It is not only too troublesome and unnecessary for these small problems to be repaired by manufacturers; it is a pity to leave them alone and wait for them to become major problems. According to the maintenance difficulty and workload of some common problems, the maintenance content of small, medium and large is divided into three levels. Let's take a look at what they are.
The first is minor repairs. Minor repairs can be seen as routine maintenance + completing some regular maintenance steps:
1. Clean the driver's indoor environment and driver control daily, and use a hair dryer to clean up the dust every few days.
2. Check whether the fasteners around the locomotive are loose, damaged or missing.
3. Check whether the line is in good contact, whether the cable is damaged, and whether the live part is exposed.
4. Check whether each mechanical switch is reliable, that is, whether the connection is firm, and whether the operation is flexible, such as brake handwheel, sand-spraying ring, etc.
5. Check whether the braking system needs to be replaced, such as brake shoes, transmission structure, etc.
6. Check the sand spreading device, such as the amount of remaining sand, whether the sand is agglomerated, whether the mechanical structure is deformed, etc.
7. Check whether there are obvious looseness, deformation or cracks everywhere, such as car body, wheels, spring brackets, etc.
8. Check the wear condition of the easy-to-wear parts. If the wear limit is exceeded, it should be replaced in time.
9. Regularly replace the lubricating oil, clean the gear box, and remove the oil and water from the air bag.
Next is the middle school. Medium repair can be seen as a more detailed daily maintenance.
1. Complete the minor repairs.
2. Disassemble the controller and inspect the parts for careful inspection. If there is any damage, replace it.
3. Disassemble the motor for detailed inspection. Replace the parts that need to be replaced. If not, clean, adjust, spray insulating paint and put them back.
4. Check and replace the bearing bush and packing of the motor, repair the buffer and damaged parts, etc.
And finally the overhaul. Overhaul is a split inspection of the entire vehicle, which is a regular maintenance. Not only to complete the above content, but also to carefully check the parts that have not been tested in the above places. Every part and system of the electric locomotive must be completely confirmed whether the function and parts need to be replaced. After the final commissioning and calibration, painting and trial operation are carried out.
