1.1 Inspection of the handover of mining electric locomotives (general inspection of electric locomotives)
When taking over, they should be inspected by the driver of the electric locomotive in the garage (park), with the participation of the duty electricity and locksmith. The inspection contents are as follows:
(1) The condition of the frame and the driver's cab: whether excessive deformation has occurred, whether cracks and welding are complete.
(2) Whether the temperature of the bearing box is normal, whether the lubrication is good, and whether the screws are strong.
(3) The antiquated nature of the pair. Whether the tread wear is overrun and the tires are loose.
(4) Whether the spring device is intact.
(5) Whether the braking device is working, whether the brake shoe and wheel clearance meet the requirements, whether the adjusting screw nut is in the ideal position, and whether the brake shoe wear exceeds the limit.
(6) Whether the action of the sand-spraying device is normal, whether the sand particles meet the requirements, whether the quantity is sufficient, and whether the sand particles can be accurately scattered on the track.
(7) Whether the motor of mining battery locomotive or trolley locomotive hanging screw and spring are intact.
(8) Whether the gear box leaks oil, whether the fixing screws are firm, and whether the lubricating oil is sufficient.
(9) Whether the cushioning device and towing pin are intact.
(10) Whether the operation of the driver controller is effective and flexible.
(11) Whether the lights are normal and whether the illuminance meets the requirements.
(12) Whether the battery-type electric locomotive is saturated.
(13) Driving warning: such as whether the electric horn, air horn and brass bell are normal.
