8. When transporting people, it is necessary to check the status of the electric locomotive and whether there is any problem with each part. It is strictly forbidden to mix goods, especially inflammable and explosive goods, in the car, and it is also forbidden to pick up the car halfway.
9. There should be a device to block the car in the loading and unloading place to further avoid the car slipping.
