What are the detection methods for mine electric motor controllers?

2021-08-02

First, power failure detection

1. Detect whether the controller power input positive and negative terminals are short circuited.

2. Detect controller winding wire parameters:

Use the black pen to connect the positive pole of the power supply, and use the red test pen to contact the three winding wires of yellow, green and blue respectively. The parameters are between 400-700.

Repeat step 2

3. Hall signal line detection: black line is connected with black pen, red pen is connected to red, yellow, green and blue lines, there should be no short circuit fault

Second, power detection

1. Check if the input voltage of the controller power supply has a voltage of 36V (48V) or more;

2. Check if the Hall signal line has a voltage of 5-7V;

3. Check if the power supply has more than 5V power supply;

4. Turn the handle to check if the signal line changes between 0.8-4.2V.

Disconnect the power supply and use the diode file to detect:

1. The red meter is connected to the controller and the power input is positive, the black pen is connected to the negative pole, and the charging phenomenon is normal, and the short circuit is damaged.

2. The red pen is connected to the controller power input negative, the black pen is connected to red, yellow, green, and the short circuit is damaged.

3. The red pen is connected to the controller power input negative pole, and the black pen connected to the motor negative pole should have 400-700 parameters.

4. The red pen is connected to the negative pole of the motor, and the black pen is connected to the positive pole of the controller. It should have 100-300 parameters.

5, turn red, black, green, there should be no short circuit.

6. Check if the controller power supply input positive and negative voltages have voltages above 36V and 48V.

7. Check if the power supply has more than 5V voltage.

8. Turn the handle and check if the voltage changes between 0.8V and 4.2V.

9. Turn the rotary handle to detect the controller voltage output.
